Privacy policy

This policy covers the Janaly website and the Janaly waitlist ("Janaly", "we", "us"). It is short because we collect very little. When a lender is enrolled in Janaly, the customer agreement and its own privacy policy and terms of use apply to the service.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Where you came from: the ad or link that brought you to the site, for example the campaign name in the link.
- Which form you used and when you joined.
- Visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics: basic, cookie-free counts such as pages viewed and the referring site. We don't use advertising cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To confirm that you joined and to contact you about access to Janaly.
- To understand which ads and links bring lenders to the site.
We only email you about Janaly. We don't sell or rent your information.
Who helps us
Resend sends our emails, and Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the waitlist and checks sign-ups for spam. They receive only what they need to do that.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Reply "remove" to any email from us, and we'll delete your details.
- Ask us to see or delete your information by writing to john@janaly.ai.
- Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Tracking across other sites
We don't track you across other websites, so browser "Do Not Track" signals don't change anything here.
Children
Janaly is a business service. The waitlist is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
